Terms of Service

These terms govern trash and recycling bin cleaning services provided by EL Mies Global LLC in Chester, Chesterfield, Midlothian and Richmond, Virginia.

Service delivery

Cleanings are scheduled around your regular curbside collection day and our route availability. Cans must be empty and accessible at the curb on your scheduled service date. You do not need to be home.

Cans not accessible or not emptied

If your cans are full, blocked or unavailable when our technician arrives, we follow the current service policy: waiting where practical, returning on the next available route day, or rescheduling. Repeated inaccessibility may result in a missed-service fee disclosed in advance.

Pricing and additional cans

Packages include up to two cans unless otherwise stated. Additional cans are billed at the published additional-can rate at the time of booking.

Payments

Payments and recurring subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled.

Limitation

Bins that are cracked, damaged or heavily deteriorated before service may not return to a like-new appearance. We do not make medical or health claims about our cleaning process.
