EL Mies Global LLC ("EL MIES CLEAN") collects the information you provide when you check an address, join the waitlist, book a service or contact us: your name, service address, phone number, email address and service preferences.

How we use your information

We use it to schedule and deliver your bin cleaning, route our technicians, process payment through our payment processor, and send transactional notifications about your service.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. EL MIES CLEAN never stores complete card numbers or security codes. We retain only payment status and the identifiers our processor issues.

Messaging

Transactional SMS and email are sent only for scheduling and service updates. Marketing messages are sent only with separate consent, and you may opt out at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers required to operate the business, such as our payment processor and messaging providers.
