Do I need to be home?
No. Leave your empty cans accessible after regular trash collection.
Do you clean recycling cans?
Yes.
How many cans are included?
Standard packages include up to two cans unless otherwise stated.
Can I add more cans?
Yes. Additional cans can be added during booking.
When will you clean my cans?
Service is coordinated around your regular trash collection schedule and EL MIES CLEAN route availability.
What areas do you service?
We currently serve approved areas throughout Chester, Chesterfield, Midlothian and Richmond, Virginia. Use the address checker to confirm availability.
What if my garbage has not been collected?
If your cans are still full when we arrive, we do not clean them that day. We leave a service notice, text or email you the same day, and automatically return on our next scheduled route day in your area at no extra charge. Your cleaning is only marked complete once the cans have actually been cleaned.
